Font Names

 

The fonts use to make the Celebrate! Names, Titles & Phrases, and other personalized items, were inspired by special dogs we know.  We think you will enjoy their stories.

 

Abi Font

C-ATCH Windmar Winds of Abilene, RN, PT, MX, MXJ, OF  (aka Abi)

a reminder of a good friendship

In 2007, when Ginny Nafzger lost her short battle with cancer, her five dogs were in need of new homes.  Susan Fisher adopted two of the five, Abi and Nick, her father.  Since then, Susan and Abi have completed her Master Jumpers title.  Abi is a consistent even if a somewhat slow worker so she lacks only speed points for her MACH.   In addition to her AKC work, Abi has been trialing in CPE and, in August 2009, she earned her championship (C-ATCH).  Along the way Abi has gained a loving home and confidence; Susan has gained, as she put it, "a lovely little girl who is an important part of my family".

Khaki Font

MACH Westbays Ko'olau Khaki Belle, TDI, CGC  (aka Khaki)

a surfer girl

Khaki is the Warren family's Hawaiian girl.  Like any other 'surfer girl', she is fun-loving and a little bit goofy.  Her favorite pastime is soaking up the summer sun, something she did year-round when she and her family lived in Hawaii and Florida.  In her playful youth she earned her MACH.  Now, Khaki is content to let the spotlight shift to her siblings.

Lucy Font

MACH ARCH Plail's Chop In Trop Whites, RL1X, RL2X2, RL3, TDI, CGC, VT  (aka Lucy)

a winner of hearts

Lucy's font is Victorian, but Lucy is not.  She is the 'traditional' girl with a twist of her own style.  A flashy, white sheltie, she does everything she wants and lets you know if you aren't partnering up to her standards.  She steals the show at any trial.  Lucy is working toward her MACH2 in agility and her ARCHX in rally obedience.  She regularly volunteers at her local library, winning, not ribbons, but hearts.

Plail O'Eire's Chop Strikes 4 Bells, RL2, RL1-AOE, NA, NAJ  (aka Striker)

a little guy, big heart

This 'Mighty Mouse' is quick-witted and speedy.  Just a youngster, he is learning and loving both agility and rally - in quick-time.  In between practices he zips around the house playing with all the Warren shelties.  An enthusiastic little guy with a big heart, a love for life, and a 'can do attitude' - Striker just makes you smile!
